Mr. Newman specializes in
taxes, accounting, Bookkeeping, and consulting. Additionally he has
significant expertise in strategic and general business planning.
Larry Newman has in excess
of thirty five years accounting and tax experience in public accounting and
private industry. Mr. Newman was formerly Chief Operating officer (COO)
and director of publicly held company having been repeatedly promoted
through the ranks starting from corporate comptroller. He was
instrumental in the successful turnaround and sale of the company. His
experience includes manufacturing, technology, health care,
wholesale\retail distribution, service company, professional practice,
commercial and residential real estate and warehousing\trucking. He has
structured various types of financial agreements, including revolving
lines of credit, construction\permanent real estate loans.
He has been a court
appointed receiver for the management of commercial business and real
estate projects. Mr. Newman has experience in negotiations and closing
of both the purchase and sale of business in diverse industries.
His education and primary
business experience are in accounting and finance. He has many years +of
management experience with the international public accounting firm
Pricewaterhousecooper ( formerly Cooper & Lybrand) and as a financial
executive in private industry.
Mr. Newman is a graduate
of the Peter J Tobin College of Business of St. John’s University. He has been elected to Who’s Who In Finance
and Industry, Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders Of America and is a current
member of the National Society of accountant and the National
Association of Tax professionals.

Mr. Romano is an
entrepreneur specializing in the turnaround of troubled companies,
sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions and the structuring of
innovative financing transactions.
Mr. Romano has a
successful track record in the manufacture, importation and
distribution of high fashion accessories and cosmetics.
Mr. Romano headed up the
U.S. distribution firms for such well-known European companies as
Scandia (perfumes and cosmetics), Pier Auge (cosmetics) and Creations
Parisiennes ( accessories and women’s cosmetic bags). Earlier, as
owner of Beliefton Ltd., he imported shoes, leather goods, jewelry and
electronics from the Far East into the United States.
For many years, Mr.
Romano served with Max Factor and Co., as Executive Vice President,
fully responsible for profitability. He was responsible for the
entire distribution of Max Factor products in the United States and
for introducing complementary product lines and companies.
Mr. Romano is a graduate
of St. John’s University in New York, and speaks French and Italian,
and is active in many business and civic organizations in Florida.
