Mr. Newman specializes in
taxes, accounting, bookkeeping, and consulting. Additionally, he has
significant expertise in strategic and general business planning.
Larry Newman has in excess
of thirty five years accounting and tax experience in public accounting and
private industry. Mr. Newman was formerly Chief Operating Officer (COO)
and director of a publicly held company having been repeatedly promoted
through the ranks starting from Corporate Comptroller. He was
instrumental in the successful turnaround and sale of the company. His
experience includes manufacturing, technology, health care,
wholesale\retail distribution, service company, professional practice,
commercial and residential real estate and warehousing\trucking. He has
structured various types of financial agreements, including revolving
lines of credit, construction\permanent real estate loans.
He has been a court
appointed receiver for the management of commercial business and real
estate projects. Mr. Newman has experience in negotiations and closing
of both the purchase and sale of business in diverse industries.
His education and primary
business experience are in accounting and finance. He has many years +of
management experience with the international public accounting firm
Pricewaterhousecooper ( formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and as a financial
executive in private industry.
Mr. Newman is a graduate
of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business of St. John’s University. He has been elected to Who’s Who In Finance
and Industry, Who’s Who Of Emerging Leaders Of America and is a current
member of the National Society of accountants and the National
Association of Tax Professionals.

Mr. Sotolongo is a

Mr. Antonik specializes
in accounting, bookkeeping, and taxes. Additionally, he has
significant experience in research and analysis.
Mr. Antonik was formerly an Acquisitions Research Analyst at Bluegreen.
He was responsible for determining where Bluegreen should develop
communities. These responsibilities required Mr. Antonik to conduct
statistical analysis of prospective markets, along with determining
new approaches to understand the market better. The statistical
analysis he conducted ranged from simple population analysis to more
in-depth regression and forecasting models. Mr. Antonik also devised
new ways to view market conditions and their plausibility. This
consisted of migration flows, distance, weighting system, building
permits, jobs and growth, etc. His research helped pave the way for
the future of Bluegreen and their acquisitions.
He obtained his Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from Florida
State University with a minor is business.
Mr. Antonik is currently enrolled at Florida Atlantic University,
working on an Accounting degree with the ultimate goal of becoming a
Certified Public Accountant.
